Assistant Pastor & Youth Team Lead
Do you want to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people? Are you passionate about seeing the next generation come to know and follow Jesus? Do you sense a call to pastoral ministry?
Foundation Church Wokingham is looking for a committed Christian to join our team as Assistant Pastor and Youth Work Lead.
This full-time role combines pastoral ministry with pioneering youth work across Wokingham. You’ll play a key role in supporting the elders in the day to day leadership of the church, while developing a thriving youth ministry and creating opportunities for young people to encounter Jesus through outreach and schools work.

Train alongside church interns from around the U.K. on the Newfrontiers ID year, with opportunities to serve and gain experience in a whole host of different ministries. Make a difference, whilst learning and growing in your faith!
As an option for those who love the great outdoors, and working with young people, there’s the possibility of working with Oakwood Youth Challenge alongside your intern year. More details available on application.
